EVENT: 'Ici Paris XL Blogging session #3.'

The third Blogger Session has passed by.

On the first of February we met eachother at ICI Paris XL

to learn more about make-up. And who could us learn more about that

than Valerie de Flo?

Valerie de Flo is the winner of the ICI Paris XL Make-up talent (see the post

about it here) and she could help us with all our questions!

For somebody like me, who doesn't knows a lot about make-up, it was

a great expierence. I enjoyed trying things out by myself and to have tips

from her and the other bloggers.

I'll make a special post about the tips she gave us and you'll discover more

about the new collection from Givenchy soon!

An iPad, yes or no? Two months later I was still asking myself the same question.

I'm not a huge Apple fan, actually I only have an iPod and I don't use it that much.

But I still wanted to buy myself a tablet to keep my blog up to date when I'm travelling

and to read my mails during the whole day.

Oh dear tablet, you got me. Really!

My shopping trip to Antwerp was the best idea I ever had.
The local store gave discounts on their tablets. SAY WHAT?

I ran into the store and this beauty caught my eyes.

It's the EeePad from ASUS, the same brand as my Mini-laptop,

which I'm still very happy about!

It has 32GB, two camera's, external options, it works with Flash Player,

it can read all type of files, etc. And that for €400,-.

Yes dear tablet, like I said before; you got me.

Now I can't imagine a life without.

THE COLLECTION: 'Fashion Against Aids 2012.'

The FAA-collection from H&M is back.

It's already the 5th collection for H&M and every year they're

working with well-knonw artists to create the items.

25% of all sales will go directly to a variety of international youth

HIV/AIDS awareness projects including: Designers Against AIDS,

MTV Staying Alive Foundation, United Nations Population Fund

and YouthAIDS.

The collection has a lot of bright colors and patterns this year.

I really love the concept and this year it gives me a feeling of the

Carnival in Brazil.

It will be available on the 26th of april.

My three favourite items are the shorts and the kimono.

It's finally snowing in Belgium!

I don't like snow that much, but I love how everything looks

bright white and I love to take pictures in the snow.

Luckly I'm living in countryside village and the snow is still everywhere.

Every time I get the chance to shoot some looks, I'm taking them.

This look has also been featured by HLN.be, a Belgian online newspaper.

I'm happy: It's finally weekend!

Besides the fact that I'm working today I very happy that I have

a day of tomorrow and that I can do 'nothing' a whole day.

It also start snowing here in Belgium and I had the look to take these

pictures yesterday morning when there wasn't any snow at all.

Only a couple of hours later everything was white! I took some great shots

outside and I can't wait to show you them.

Since I discovered Nelly.com I'm always looking to their shoes.

At the beginning of the sales I found these NOWHERE heels. I saw the

'boot'-version on other blogs but I prefer these elegant pointed heels.

Why am I only posting about them now?
Seriously, I bought too much this month and they were hided under

a lot of shopping bags. Yes, shame on me. I totally understand that reaction.

How could I forget them?

Something I would like to tell you.

"I read some bad comments about Nelly, like:
- The package doesn't arrives.

- They're sending wrong sizes
and I never had problems with them. I already made 5orders

and they came in after 3days. The only negative point for Nelly is
their packaging for the boxes. They always arrive broken.
I shared it on Twitter and I got some people with the same problem.
So if you love beautiful shoeboxes, just like me, there will be a big

risk that it will arrive broken, but I still love their webshop."

THE COLLECTION: 'Zara Women SS 2012.'

February means; the end of the sales, new summer collections and

in this case it means a new Zara campaign!

I'm sure you all know that I'm a huge Zara fan. Not only because I'm

working there but also because they're just making amazing items over

and over again. And I really can't resist them.

For example: I already received 3online deliveries from the new collection,

what would that be at the end of the summer?

But now it's time to tell you something about the collection.

Zara has a lot of feminine shapes, flowers and see-through items this summer.

The one they've used in their campaign pictures are alread on my wishlist.

It's the first time that I see such a collection at Zara with a 'High-fashion' grade.

Look at the total white outfit under the this text, and the black look with the pleated skirt.

Also the see-through pants at the top of this post is just perfect.

To be honest with you, I can't wait to see the Fall/Winter collection!

Emanuel Ungaro surprises me with this Resort collection.
When I saw it for the first time I literally opened my mounth and said 'Oh my!'.

Even the shoes are so 'me', and I would love to have them in my closet.

How can't you fall in love with these colors, feminine touches and beautiful shapes?

And not only the dresses and designs are amazing, but the campaign pictures are great too.

A short text about Ungaro.

Emanuel is a French fashion designer and designs since the age of 25.

A couple of years later Ungaro opened his fashion house in 1965 in Paris.
His first collection was for men (1973) and he also launched his own perfume.

Emanuel Ungaro has also a lot of Press features in VOGUE, Glamour, Grazia

and a lot of other fashion magazines.

Imagine that you're in Antwerp with a friend/collegue.

Before you left, you had promised your dear mother not to buy a single

thing during the sales. Even if it's only 3 euros, you wouldn't buy it.

Only a few hours later, you're in the middle of the 'Meir',

the principal shopping street of Antwerp.

You see all those shopping bags of other people and maybe you

just need to take a look at that little store in order to do some window shopping,

because you promised your mum you wouldn't buy anything.

All right, I did the little window shopping,

but it turned out in some impulsive purchases.

(oh mum, I'm sorry, but it was -50%)

Maybe not a good excuse, but the good excuse was that

I have been dreaming of having some Isabel Marant items for a while,

and with my bonus of work (which you get at the end of the year),

I decided that this impulsive purchase was just 'okay'.

Not very 'okay' for my mum, but I'm very happy with my 3 new items!

I stood up this morning with a good and positive feeling.

Without any reasons, just out of nothing, but also overwhelming

because it has been a long time since I felt so great.

of january. Days at work were hard and long,

and I also became ill last weekend.

But hey, everything is fine again!

I also bought myself a new dress during the sales.

The first collection of Lancôme Spring 2012 is in stores and

has the name 'LANCÔME ROSERAIE DES DÉLICES'.

A collection with beautiful pastel and soft colors;

both of them will be seen a lot this spring.

The collection of Lancôme makes me think of the gardens in Paris,

the Candy shops and it makes me also think at the little fairytales

which I saw when I was a little girl.

Say 'Hello' to my new Fluorescent knit from Romwe.

Some of you asked me if the sweater was fluffy, and yes it really is.

If you're wearing a shirt underneath it be sure that it's not one of your bests.

Even my uniform for work was full of little 'hairs'. But okay, that's just a

little detail. The sweater is really comfortable and warm.

2011, a wonderful year, not only for myself but also for my blog.

Bestseller PR surprises me every time again.

This time I was surprised by their men collection and their accesories.

The men collection of SELECTED was beautiful.

It is a collection with soft colors and great fabrics.

My boyfriend fell immediately in love with it, and so did I.
